Nomination Statement for South East Region Candidate
Eileen Bowles Jennings

Thank you for the nomination to the Members Committee. I appreciate the consideration and hope to be representing the South East region in the years to come. I am pursuing the election in hopes of providing value to the Members Committee with my strong financial analysis and risk mitigation skills. I am very concerned with the permanent protection of land and imporving the quality of life in my local region of Northwest Arkansas. I am also concerned with structuring prudent and sound relationships with landowners, citizens, municipalities and donors to ensure that land is protected in perpetuity.

If elected, I would work to support and represent the land trusts in the South East region, while maintaining sound consideration of Terrafirma as a whole and the strength that it demands. Terrafirma is a valuable tool for the members trusts and we must continue to grow and strengthen it as the issue of threatened lands becomes more severe.
