Kyle has worked in collaboration with the Terrafirma RRG for nearly a decade and brings a comprehensive understanding of diverse environmental and legal challenges which equips him with the knowledge necessary to address complex conservation issues effectively​.
 

He has first-hand knowledge of conservation easement defense strategies that reduce the risk of legal disputes related to violations on conservation properties. He has demonstrated outstanding leadership in managing Sonoma Land Trust’s conservation easement and fee-title properties in Northern California and was recently promoted to Stewardship Director overseeing the department. His expertise in coordinating forest management and fire resiliency plans showcases his ability to implement effective conservation strategies and lead complex projects across varying landscapes and diverse stakeholder groups. His deliberate approach and lived experiences make him well-suited for contributing to policy-making and strategic planning.
